At Kirdaar, we want you to love your AI-powered t-shirts! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our Return & Exchange Policy ensures that you have a smooth and hassle-free experience if you need to return or exchange an item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in new condition.
- The return must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at Hello@KirdaarTshirts.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send the item back without receiving this RA number.
- Package the Item: Ensure that the item is packed securely, in its original condition, with tags attached. Use the original packaging if possible.
- Shipping the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as Kirdaar is not responsible for lost returns.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- If the item is returned in a damaged or used condition, a partial refund may be issued.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item.
- If you need a different size or color of the same item (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, please contact us at Hello@KirdaarTshirts.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the exchange process.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your Kirdaar t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Hello@KirdaarTshirts.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will offer a full refund or a replacement for the defective item. Shipping costs for returns due to defects will be covered by Kirdaar.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Custom or personalized items, unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Items that are returned after 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged.
7. Gifts
If you received a Kirdaar product as a gift, the return and exchange policy still applies. The gift recipient can return or exchange the item by following the same process. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
8. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
9. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is the same as domestic returns. However, please be aware that:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds may take longer to process due to international bank procedures.
- Any customs fees or taxes incurred when returning an international item will be the responsibility of the customer.
